- Apply and understand the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Disciplinary Action.
- Disciplinary Hearings.
Unit Standards in this Skills Programme:
- 114274 - Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the Basic Conditions of the Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997).
- 11286 - Institute disciplinary action.
- 10985 - Conduct a disciplinary hearing.
- 114273 - Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the Labour Relations Act with respect to Collective agreements and Bargaining Councils.

The BMT College Professional Certificate is Credit Bearing Skills Programmes designed for specialisation fields. These programmes can be completed over a shorter period of time in order for the student to become skilled in a specific area quicker. |
